1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Saldo360 platform, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including fleet managers, drivers and vehicle owners.

2Platform Usage

Saldo360 is a TVDE fleet management software that integrates platforms like Uber and Bolt, automates weekly payments, analyzes profitability and organizes document management. Access is granted through an active subscription.

• Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable legislation, including Law 45/2018.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not attempt to access other operators' areas or data without authorization.

3Subscriptions and Payments

The use of Saldo360 is billed by subscription, according to the chosen plan and any additional modules. Values, frequency and conditions are presented at the time of contracting.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled.
• Prices may include additional drivers or add-ons depending on the plan.
• Where applicable, a free trial period with no commitment is provided.

4Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no commitment period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, maintaining access until that date. There are no refunds for billed periods, unless otherwise provided by law.

5Data and Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the GDPR. The transaction data entered by the customer remains the property of the customer. In case of cancellation, the data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

6Responsibilities

Saldo360 provides calculation, analysis and automation tools. Operational, tax and legal decisions are the responsibility of the customer.

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter or import.
• Saldo360 does not replace accounting or legal advice.
• We strive to ensure continuous availability, but we cannot guarantee a complete absence of interruptions.

7Intellectual Property

The Saldo360 platform, brand, software and content are owned by the company and are protected by law. The subscription grants a right of use, not transferring any ownership rights.

8Support

Support is provided in Portuguese through the channels indicated on the platform. Response times may vary depending on the plan chosen, with priority given to higher-tier plans.

9Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect service improvements or legal changes. Significant changes will be communicated and the last updated date will be revised.
